Registration Rules 1. Registration of all students participating and judges being supplied must be sent to William Flores at firstname.lastname@example.org 2. Register your teams on TabRoom: https://www.tabroom.com/index/index.mhtml and submit registration through through e-mail to William Flores email@example.com and Scott R. Miller at firstname.lastname@example.org. Full names of each judge with association and experience should be included in the registration. 3. Any and all changes must be sent to William Flores and Scott Miller by 8:00 pm on the Friday night prior to the Saturdaytournament. 4. No team changes will be allowed on the morning of or during the tournament. 5. Only teams dropping on the morning of the tournament will be permitted. 6. Coaches, or a designated parent, MUST check-in with the tournament director at the designated time and verify that all registered students and judges for their school are present.
